90 Day Challenge, Body by VI

















I'm taking the Body by Vi 90-Day Challenge by ViSalus! I start in 2 weeks. I cant wait to get started. THIS IS THE #1 HEALTH CHALLENGE IN NORTH AMERICAIt's in easy system to follow that ANYONE can do if you just DECIDE to put in the effort. Whatever your goal is you can achieve it and VI can help you get there. Ill be using CrossFit for my gym workouts, I can't explain how great these workouts are if you haven't experienced CrossFit before. It's a truly full body workout. The variety of the workouts keeps things fresh and doesn't allow your body to adapt or burn out. Furthermore, now that I'm incorporating Body by VI it will give me that added edge and focus to reach my goal. You can choose any gym or workout style that works best for you but you need to become active. Get in the zone and push yourself. You can change your life.
